We are proficient at working with a wide range of materials, many of which we keep in house, and are able to order in more specialised materials from our wide range of suppliers.

We use the latest CAD/CAM technologies to create sub-millimetre accurate components for one-off projects, as well as large production runs. Our multi-tool large capacity machines can accommodate all standard sheet sizes, and larger if necessary.

What We Offer
5 Axis CNC Routing
Our Felder Format 4 profit H150 5 axis machine is highly versatile and allows us to carry out 5 axis cutting both on the nesting table and raised up on pods for more complex 5 axis cutting.
3 Axis CNC Routing
Our new state-of-the-art 3 axis machine is a Damach Core 2131, which has a bed size of 3100x2100mm, and will happily cut plywood, MDF, plastics and aluminium.
Edge Banding
Our Felder Tempora F400 Edgebander can effortlessly edge panels up to 45mm thick, and our hand-held Festool Conturo can edge thicker panels, as well as curved panels.
