What We Offer

5 Axis CNC Routing

Our Felder Format 4 profit H150 5 axis machine is highly versatile and allows us to carry out 5 axis cutting both on the nesting table and raised up on pods for more complex 5 axis cutting.

With a cutting envelope of 3000x2000x200mm we are able to take on most jobs.

3 Axis CNC Routing

Our new state-of-the-art 3 axis machine is a Damach Core 2131. This has been specifically designed to suit our operations, and comes with auto offload, a 20 position tool-holder and an 18 piece drill bank. A bed size of 3100x2100mm means that we can easily handle jumbo boards. These features will enable us to handle high volume production runs with ease, as well as one-off more complex machining jobs. It will happily cut plywood, MDF, plastics and aluminium.

Edge Banding

You can now have your CNC-machined components finished with our professional edge banding service. Our Felder Tempora F400 Edgebander handles a variety of edging types from ABS and PVC to real wood veneer in thickness from 0.3 to 3mm, and panel thicknesses of up to 45mm. Its pre-milling capabilities and precision glue application ensures that you receive panels that are ready for assembly, featuring glue lines that are virtually invisible and edges that are built to last.

Straight panels thicker than 45mm can be edged with our hand-held Festool Conturo edge bander, which can handle panels as thick as 65mm. It can also edge internal edges, as well as curved edges that have a minimum radius of 50mm.

We use the latest CAD/CAM technologies to create sub-millimetre accurate components for one-off projects, as well as large production runs. Our multi-tool large capacity machines can accommodate all standard sheet sizes, and larger if necessary.

Other Services
We Offer

We have a number of Prusa 3D printers: 2 x filament printers, and a resin printer. The maximum build area of our largest PLA printer is 360x360x360mm. We are experienced in printing PLA and PETG as well as other more specialist filaments. With 2 print heads, we can easily print multiple colours simultaneously. Our resin printer, whilst having a smaller build area of 127x80x150mm, produces prints with much higher print quality, which means that any post processing can be kept to a minimum.
